Deborah Anderson, Enterprise Architecture Lead, City of Chicago
Deborah Anderson is an experienced government leader with over 20 years of IT leadership experience, specializing in aligning technology strategy with business objectives. She currently leads the new Enterprise Architecture division at the City of Chicago, where she guides strategic technology direction and ensures sustainable, future-ready systems through thoughtful governance and innovation.Throughout her career, she has successfully managed complex mission-critical projects, developed technology roadmaps, standardized IT architecture, and translated business requirements into actionable architectural solutions. Her forward-thinking approach to identifying emerging technology trends has enabled organizations to stay ahead of industry developments and implement innovative solutions that drive efficiency and growth. With a background in Health Law from Loyola University Chicago and Social Work from Syracuse University and the University of Chicago, she brings a unique perspective to technology leadership and innovation.
Victor Archakov, Enterprise Architect, ennVee
Victor Archakov has over 25 years of IT experience within the government and private sectors and holds a MS degree in electro-mechanical engineering. His primary focus centers on ERP implementations.
Victor has implemented many ERP systems where building modern architectures was paramount with a strong emphasis on security and high-availability. He is an experienced Enterprise Architect looking at architectures from a practical angle. Currently he is focused on OCI Architectures for ERP systems, integrations and OCI AI capabilities as well as building the EA and AI practice at ennVee. Victor has received several OCI and security certifications.

Grant Ecker, VP of Enterprise Architecture, Ecolab
Grant Ecker is the VP of enterprise Architecture at Ecolab. As the former Vice President Chief Enterprise Architect at Danaher, Grant partnered closely with the architects across the company to lead strategy development, establish technology standards, governance processes and to identify opportunities for modernization and transformation. Prior to Danaher, Grant was the VP, Global Head of Architecture at Walgreens Boots Alliance, and he held a similar role at Medtronic. Earlier in Grant’s career he held architecture and management roles with expanding responsibility at Lowe’s and General Mills. Grant is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, he received an MBA from University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management, and his BS in Computer Science from Washington University in St. Louis. Grant is the Co-Founder and Chairman of the Chief Architect Forum, a board member of the Women in Architecture initiative and he holds various board advisory roles out of Chicago, Illinois. Jason Haugland, Sales Engineer, Cockroach Labs
Jason is a Senior Solutions Architect with over twenty years experience in information systems encompassing the entire development life cycle. He has performed mentoring, pre and post sales customer support, customer account management, trade organization presentations, requirements gathering, technical training, systems analysis & design, data modeling, programming, ETL, and production systems support for analytical and transactional systems.
Jason has extensive experience in noSQL, Redis, Cassandra, Oracle, Postgres, DB2, Python, Java, Spark, Scala, Kafka, containers, and Kubernetes.
