Brad Marr, Senior Director and CISO, Life Fitness

Brad Marr began his career over 20 years ago as a Systems Specialist supporting Caterpillar’s digital strategy for industrial products. From there he moved onto ITT Corporation and Xylem holding various IT and Cyber Security roles supporting a spin-off of two major business segments, a digital transformation, and enterprise scaled security initiatives Brad currently serves as the Senior Director and CISO at Life Fitness, a global fitness equipment manufacturer. His focus is to build and operate a world-class security program, with a focus on managing risk in the connected fitness ecosystem and positioning security as a competitive strength for the business.

Sriya Potham, Principal Cloud Security Architect, Application Security & Solution Engineering, United Airlines

Sriya Potham is an experienced security professional and cloud evangelist and is currently a Principal Cloud Security Architect managing e-commerce, AWS, and SaaS security at United Airlines. She has obtained both the AWS Solutions Architect – Assoicate and AWS Security – Specialty certifications and has been involved in the development of cloud programs at major Fortune 500 companies in the travel, financial, and consumer goods sectors. Doug leads product and marketing at ALTR. With over 20 years of startup experience, he has broad experience managing product conception and development through to market success. His last role was as CEO of TradeLive, a startup marketplace for IT equipment, with previous executive roles leading product management, sales, and marketing.

Craig Youngberg, Director of Information Security, Chicago Public Schools

Craig Youngberg is the Director of Information Security for Chicago Public Schools, the second largest employer in Chicago and third largest school district in the USA. As a professor at DePaul he teaches Enterprise Security Infrastructure Controls and Regulatory Compliance. He has deep experience working international insurance companies and major financial institutions in Accenture Cyber Resiliency practice. Craig has had responsibility for IT Project Management, IT End User Services, IT Risk and Security at ITW, a fortune 500 manufacture. Previously Craig was a Risk Management and Internal Audit executive at the public accounting firm Crowe Horwath. He also has production experience in automotive and plastics manufacturing and ERP implementations. He was also the proprietor of Tavern for a few years.
