PREPARING FOR CAMP IT’s TARGETED CONFERENCES

Table-Top Booth & Signage Details

Every Sponsor will have a 6 ft. by 30-inch table fitted with a skirted tablecloth to market your solutions. All of your marketing items must fit on your table. You may have one floor-standing item (easel for a sign or a floor standing sign or a stand for a monitor, etc.) Floor standing booths are not allowed. Sponsor tables will be located on the side and back walls of the conference room. Click here to see an example of the room layout. It is recommended that your reps stand in front of the table as this will lessen the invisible barrier that happens when standing behind the table. CAMP will provide a sign with your company logo. No music is permitted. Packing boxes can be placed underneath the table. Make sure the signage prominently displays how you can help the attendees.

According to the Terms and Conditions, the sponsor may not hold any other events for attendees at the convention center or other Rosemont facilities during event hours. No food or beverages may be brought into the conference room from outside except for individually wrapped, commercially prepared items, nor may the exhibitor separately contract with the convention center for food or space. Costumed characters, robots, animatronics, and the like are not allowed at the event. Sponsors may not assign or share their space without the expressed written permission of CAMP.

Exhibit Description & AV/Electrical Needs

A workbook containing presentations from the sessions will be provided to the attendees as they arrive.  A free listing of all sponsoring companies, their products/services offered, and the main sales contact for that event will also be included in the workbook.  We collect this information from each sponsor via our Exhibit Descriptions and AV/Electrical Needs form.

This form will also assist you in ordering any AV needs for the day of the conference.  Sponsor electrical outlet access will be subject to the availability in the room.  The option to purchase a Dedicated Electrical Line to your table is available on this form.
