Please note: Exhibit space at the targeted conferences is limited per conference, so send in your reservation early!
Speaking opportunities are available on a first-come first-served basis provided the talk fits within the theme of the conference and covers the subject matter outline for the attendees.
Talks cannot cover a speaker’s /company’s products or services.
According to CAMP Terms and Conditions, the sponsor may not hold any other events for attendees at the convention center or other Rosemont facilities during event hours. No food or beverages may be brought into the conference room from outside except for individually wrapped, commercially prepared items, nor may the exhibitor separately contract with the convention center for food or space. Costumed characters, robots, animatronics, and the like are not allowed at the event. Sponsors may not assign or share their space without the expressed written permission of CAMP.
