Praveenkumar Ambhore (Praveen) is a seasoned Senior Enterprise Architect at Panduit Corporation, where he leads the strategic alignment of IT architecture across core business functions—including engineering and the end-to-end supply chain encompassing planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution. With a collaborative approach, he partners with business leaders to drive transformative initiatives that connect technology with operational excellence.

With deep expertise in discrete manufacturing and a strong background in IT consulting, Praveenkumar has been at the forefront of digital modernization, guiding advancements in product lifecycle management, manufacturing transformation, and emerging technology adoption.

 

Jothylakshmy Busa, Senior Enterprise Architect, College of American Pathologists

Jothylakshmy Busa is a Sr. Enterprise Architect, Leading EA maturity for Digital Transformation, with over 25 years of IT experience in Multiple Industry domains . As a TOGAF certified EA Applied Practitioner, with 15 years of Enterprise Architecture experience, she has worked with multiple IT service consulting companies, and companies based in US ,helping drive development and implementation of EA strategies. Redefining EA function as Business Outcome focused internal consulting teams, EA Governance, Data Architecture Governance, Road mapping strategies for cloud migration, Upskilling and Evolving EA teams to support new era EA requirements are some of the EA strategic areas where Jothylakshmy brings in her Industry proven EA Frameworks based insights gained through both successful and failed implementation strategies.

Currently working with College of American Pathologists (CAP), Northfield, IL, as a Senior EA, she works with the CIO and CTO’s teams’ strategic and portfolio initiatives supporting CAP’s vision.

Jeff Roseman, CIO, Marmon Foodservice Technologies

Jeff is an experienced IT executive with over two decades of experience in both technology management and consulting roles. With experience in global business, marketing, sales, business process re-engineering, and as an IT director, CIO and consultant, he has worked both sides of the technology world. Mr. Roseman possesses an extensive background working with regional, national, and international businesses in a variety of industries including professional services, healthcare, distribution, manufacturing, legal, real estate, construction, and non-profit. He has a broad knowledge of IT strategy, networking, telecommunications, training & development, systems integration, mergers and acquisitions, facility relocation, and business continuity planning.

Mr. Roseman continues to be successful moving IT teams from a crises management mentality to predictive, proactive, disciplined organization. He has previously lectured on social media & networking, IT leadership, customer relationship management, endpoint security, and disaster recovery planning. Mr. Roseman has a bachelor’s degree and an MBA in Information Systems and Marketing from the University of Iowa. He mentors undergraduate/MBA students in the University of Iowa’s Tippie College of Business and serves on College’s SoMAC board. He lives in Wheaton with his wife and two teenage daughters.

Venkat Sunkara, Senior Enterprise Architect, Data & AI Leader, US Cellular (soon to merge with T-Mobile)

Venkat Sunkara is a Senior Enterprise Architect with over 30 years of experience leading digital transformation across telecom, insurance, retail, education, and public sector organizations. He brings deep expertise in data architecture, governance, analytics, and cloud-native platforms, with a consistent focus on enabling secure, scalable, and business-aligned solutions.

Currently at UScellular (soon to merge with T-Mobile) Venkat drives enterprise architecture and AI/GenAI adoption across diverse business domains including Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, Facilities, Marketing, Incentive Compensation, and Data Governance.  

Venkat has previously held senior technology roles at Liberty Mutual, The TJX Companies, Illinois State University, and the University of Illinois, where he architected modern data ecosystems, real-time platforms, and governed analytics environments. He holds a Master’s in Computer Science, is TOGAF and CBIP certified, and serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors at ICCP.org, a global nonprofit that promotes IT standards, training, and professional certifications. Venkat is passionate about the evolving role of enterprise architecture as a catalyst for innovation, agility, and trust in an AI-driven future.
