Sugato Bose, Sr. Director Enterprise Architecture, Medline

With over 25 years of Enterprise Architecture and IT Delivery leadership, Sugato brings deep expertise across industries like Medical Devices, Retail, Life Sciences, Food & Beverage, CPG and others. Known for driving transformative business and technology initiatives, he specializes in aligning complex business-IT strategies, maximizing ROI and reducing technical debt for impactful outcomes. During his career, Sugato has led many multi-million-dollar portfolios and complex programs, including large SAP greenfield and brownfield implementations, large scale Cloud migrations, and global business & technology transformation initiatives in Supply Chain, E-commerce, and Sales Operations areas for fortune 500 companies including Walgreens, Facebook, T-Mobile, Coca-Cola, Baker Hughes, Dow Chemicals etc.

Currently serving as Chief Architect at Medline, Sugato leads a global team of 40+ Enterprise, Solution, and Application Architects and the Cloud COE & FinOps functions while spearheading the company’s digital transformation agenda. This includes enterprise-wide Azure Cloud migration, modernization programs in SAP, Ecom, WMS/TMS/SCM Planning, Sales operations tech stack etc. and enhancing Enterprise Architecture practices across regions including North America, Europe, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific.

 

Mykhaylo Bulyk, Senior Director IT Security, ATI Physical Therapy

Mykhaylo Bulyk is a Senior Director at ATI Physical Therapy overseeing the IT Security function under CISO. Mykhaylo has been with ATI for seven years and was the first hire brought on board to build the security program. The program is mapped to the NIST CSF by functional areas: Govern, Identify, Prevent, Detect, Respond, Recover, with a layer of Intelligence. The functions are enabled with commercial and home-grown tools encompassing operations for risk management and technology and identity defense.
Prior to ATI, Mykhaylo led Security Operations and Intelligence for a large multi-national technology company, enabling internet commerce for the automotive industry. While there, Mykhaylo designed and built an internal global team to monitor and respond to security events. Before this role, Mykhaylo helped co-found the Legal Services Information Sharing Analysis Organization (LS-ISAO) and operationalize threat intelligence for a Big Law legal firm. Mykhaylo’s cyber security experience also includes: a cyber-risk researcher for a National Laboratory and a cyber threat intelligence leader at the US Air Force.
Mykhaylo enjoys spending time with his kids by coaching Volleyball and Basketball and assisting with theater productions. In addition to the human members of his family, Mykhaylo takes his family’s dog Roxie for (nearly) daily runs.

 

Grant Ecker, Vice President, Enterprise Architecture, Ecolab

Grant Ecker is the Founder and Chairman of Chief Architect Network – the largest community for chief architect executive thought leaders globally. As the former Vice President Chief Enterprise Architect at Danaher, Grant partnered closely with the architects across the company to lead strategy development, establish technology standards, governance processes and to identify opportunities for modernization and transformation. Prior to Danaher, Grant was the VP, Global Head of Architecture at Walgreens Boots Alliance, and he held a similar role at Medtronic. Earlier in Grant’s career he held architecture and management roles with expanding responsibility at Lowe’s and General Mills. Grant is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, he received an MBA from University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management, and his BS in Computer Science from Washington University in St. Louis. Grant is the Co-Founder and Chairman of the Chief Architect Forum, a board member of the Women in Architecture initiative and he holds various board advisory roles out of Chicago, Illinois. Brandon Eichmeier, Associate Director, Mergers, Divestitures & Acquisitions, Kraft Heinz

Currently serving as Associate Director of IT for Mergers, Divestitures, and Acquisitions at The Kraft Heinz Company, he has led complex, multi-million-dollar ERP implementations, carve-outs, and integrations across Fortune 500 and private-equity-backed organizations. For over 20 years, Dan has been at the forefront of technology innovation that helps businesses meet their strategic goals. In his current position as Chief Strategy Officer for MEGA, Dan drives the company’s strategy, focusing on formulating product direction that meets evolving market needs for business transformation software solutions. He has worked closely with Fortune 100 companies for many years, providing advice and direction on business transformation and innovation from the perspective of enterprise architecture and change management.

Dan Horwich, President & Executive Director, CAMP IT Conferences

In 2001, Dan Horwich earned the title of President and Executive Director of CAMP IT Conferences. Prior to joining CAMP IT, Dan held sales and sales management positions at U.S. Robotics, 3Com, Mercantec, Spring Tide Networks, and Lucent Technologies, winning several sales and professional development awards.

An active networker, focused on making a difference in the professional lives of IT practitioners, Dan has built a win-win climate for CAMP IT’s attendees, speakers, and sponsors. He’s a graduate of University of Wisconsin-Madison with a BBA in Marketing and lives in Glenview, IL with his wife and two daughters.
