Kelley Eckmayer, Board Member and Editorial Board Chair, Business Architecture Guild

Kelley Eckmayer is a dynamic Enterprise Architecture leader who thrives on enabling others to bring their visions to fruition. With over 15 years of experience in shaping and optimizing business strategies to drive growth and innovation, Kelley has a robust foundation in both financial services and non-profit organizations. As a seasoned expert, she has guided large organizations through the complexities of business, enterprise, and data architecture, as well as process optimization and strategic planning. Kelley is renowned for her ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity, engaging audiences in discussions that inspire actionable strategies. Kelley serves as a Mentor, Editorial Board Chair, and Board Member for the Business Architecture Guild. She holds multiple certifications, including Certified Business Architect (CBA), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and is certified in BIAN, TOGAF, Azure, and SAFe Agile for Architects.

Calvin Hendryx-Parker, Co-Founder & CTO, Six Feet Up

Calvin Hendryx-Parker is the co-founder and CTO of Six Feet Up, the premier AI and Python agency in the U.S. that celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2024.

Calvin’s Massive Transformative Purpose (MTP) is to inspire and enable tech leaders to open minds and bring the world together for a sustainable future. At Six Feet Up, Calvin establishes the company’s technical vision and leads all aspects of the company’s technology development.

Calvin is passionate about the open-source community and specializes in app development, AI, big data and cloud technology. He is regularly sought after to share his expertise — both at international conferences and in the media.

In 2019, Calvin was named an AWS Hero — one of only 50 Heroes in North America. He is the co-founder of IndyPy, the largest Python meetup in Indiana with nearly 2,500 members. Neal McWhorter, Enterprise Architect, Central States Pension Fund

Neal McWhorter is fortunate to have been involved in Enterprise Architecture since its early days. Neal worked on the UML2, BPMN and Business Rules standards before becoming the chair of the Business Architecture Working Group at the OMG. Neal wrote the book that established the field of Business Architecture and also co-founded the Business Architecture Guild, which has become the d,efacto standards body for Business Architecture and he remains on its Editorial Board. He has spoken extensively about Enterprise Architecture, as well as built and led multiple EA teams including 12 years at Zurich Insurance and is currently leading the establishment of an Enterprise Architecture practice at Central States Funds which, for more than half a century, has blazed a trail to retirement security for over 670,000 union members and their family members and revolutionized the pension world of American workers.
