Dan Lynch, Agile Product Owner, ANIXTER, Inc.
Dan Lynch is a Director within Information Services at Anixter Inc. He leads the Agile Center of Excellence and is focused on driving organizational transformation to deliver business outcomes with agility. Additionally, he has accountability for Digital Operations to deliver on the business of IT to drive customer focus and business outcomes.
Dan has 15+ years of experience in delivering Agile Projects and Transforming Enterprise Operating Models. He has leveraged various methodologies such as Scrum, LeanAgile, etc., previously working with companies to develop their internal Agile playbooks and best practices.
Prior to joining Anixter, Dan was a leader in several Fortune 500 companies actively engaged in Agile growth and transformation. Additionally, he worked in several SaaS-based startups including Therabill (now WebPT) in which he established Agile practices that enabled large-scale revenue growth and acquisitions.
Dan holds a Bachelors of Science in Information Technology from Illinois State University.
Ram Narain, SVP, Business Transformation, Enterprise PMO and M&A, ANIXTER, Inc.
Ram Narain is the Senior Vice President of Enterprise PMO; M&A for Anixter Inc. He leads a global team focused on driving organizational change and transformation to deliver successful business outcomes. He has full enterprise accountability for the Technology Strategy & Planning; Portfolio/Project Management; Organizational Change & Business Process Management and M&A Integration functions.
Ram is currently the Program leader for Anixter’s multiyear Business Transformation Program that comprises of Digital; Process; full ERP Cloud migration and Workplace initiatives. This program will help drive Anixter’s organic and inorganic growth strategy by streamlining Anixter’s global processes and technology platform.
Prior to joining Anixter, Ram was a Senior Director of Global Initiatives and Planning at Aon Plc. where he led the execution of the Transformation Office through a complex acquisition and successfully setup a $450M IT Portfolio. Prior to Aon he served as a Consulting Program Director at IBM Global Services where he worked with F500 Clients in the areas of Technology Strategy; PMO setup; Large Scale Program Delivery and M&A Integration.
Ram holds a Bachelors and Masters in Chemical Engineering and a Masters in Management from Northwestern University. In addition to CSM, PMP and ITILv3 certifications he also an IBM Certified Executive Program Manager.

Rebecca also loves really “punny” jokes.

Robyn Sabsevitz, Director-EPMO; Change Management Office, ANIXTER, Inc.
Robyn Sabsevitz is a Director within the Enterprise PMO at Anixter Inc. She is the Portfolio Lead for Global Sales, Marketing, and M&A and is focused on driving organizational change and transformation to deliver successful business outcomes. As part of her focus she is also responsible for the Project and Agile enterprise methodologies. In this role, she is supporting the evolution within the Agile at Anixter, and serves as an Agile guide to the enterprise.
Robyn has 15+ years of experience in delivering Agile Projects and Transforming IT department Operating Models (including adopting Agile as part of their SDLC). She has worked with several methodologies such as Scrum, LeanAgile, etc., previously working with companies to develop their internal Agile frameworks. In addition, she has developed an Agile OCM & Training Methodology that leverages complimentary Agile practices and techniques with best practice Change Management methods.
She has a unique perspective on how Agile and Agile Change Management techniques and practices can drive higher levels of engagement with more rapid adoption so that business results are realized with limited productivity impacts.
Robyn is a past member of the Board for the ACMP Midwest Chapter, a member of the Society of Organizational Learning and the Scrum Alliance, and is certified in a number of programs including Situational Leadership II, Team Management Systems, and holds Change Management certifications in both CCMPTM and PROSCI. She is also currently working towards her Agile coaching certification through ICAgile (International Consortium for Agile).
Ramon Tramontini, VP of Operations – Acting COO, Objective Solutions
Ramon Tramontini dos Santos is VP of Operations at Objective Group Inc and former COO of Objective Solutions Brazil.
Having over 25 years of experience with software development, he has been working with Agile since 2001 applying the concepts and practices from methodologies such as XP, Scrum, and Lean/Kanban.
As COO of Objective Solutions Brazil, he was responsible for dozens of projects and a multidisciplinary team comprised of more than 140 members.
Ramon is also a frequent speaker around the world, sharing his experiences on agility in large scale teams. Jointly with academics, he has been developing the concepts of “Organizational Ambidexterity” and “Waterflow” applied to large agile teams.
