Dr. Kerry D. Neal, Senior Director of Enterprise Architecture, Tarrant County College District

 

Dr. Kerry Neal is an experienced I.T. leader with 15+ years of experience in Higher-Education environments. Kerry specializes in digital transformations that leverage cost-effective I.T. solutions to help reshape business and academic processes to reinforce student retention, persistence, and academic success.  However, Kerry’s primary driver is not technology.  In fact, he is often quoted as saying, “technology is the easy part; the work is leading people.”  Kerry believes that enterprise architecture should begin with an immense focus on people and processes before considering technical solutions.  Kerry has a B.S. in Information Systems, M.A. in Teaching and Learning with Technology, and a Ph.D. in Business Administration with a Management specialization.  Kerry has led a plethora of Higher-Education I.T. projects, training seminars, and workshops and is currently serving as Director of Cloud Services and Adjunct Professor.
