Previously, Sergey led Global IT Delivery for Hollister, a medical device manufacturer in 23 countries. Before Hollister, Sergey worked at NiSource a F500 gas and electric utility where he drove establishment of EA practice. Sergey started his career at Emerson Electric where he led implementation of e-commerce systems and infrastructure support for global manufacturing sites.

Keith Conlee, Chief Security Officer, IT, College of DuPage

Keith Conlee has over 30 years in the Information Technology field delivering innovative and effective solutions including working at the National Security Agency (NSA), Bell Laboratories/Lucent Technology, and is currently the Chief Security Officer for Information Technology at the College of DuPage. His duties are focused on building strong security governance, security policy/procedure and risk management programs including Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery. Keith is a Payment Card Industry Professional (PCIP)™, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP®), a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA®), and a Certified Business Continuity Planner (CBCP). He is an active member in the ISC2, ISACA, PCI Security Standards Council, and the BRPA of Chicagoland. His undergraduate and graduate education is in Computer Science, and with an added Law Degree gives Keith the unique ability to interpret and align technical legal regulatory compliance and business objectives.

Jeff is an experienced IT executive with over two decades of experience in both technology management and consulting roles. With experience in global business, marketing, sales, business process re-engineering, and as an IT director, CIO and consultant, he has worked both sides of the technology world. Mr. Roseman possesses an extensive background working with regional, national, and international businesses in a variety of industries including professional services, healthcare, distribution, manufacturing, legal, real estate, construction, and non-profit. He has a broad knowledge of IT strategy, networking, telecommunications, training & development, systems integration, mergers and acquisitions, facility relocation, and business continuity planning.

 

Mr. Roseman continues to be successful moving IT teams from a crises management mentality to predictive, proactive, disciplined organization. He has previously lectured on social media & networking, IT leadership, customer relationship management, endpoint security, and disaster recovery planning. Mr. Roseman has a bachelor’s degree and an MBA in Information Systems and Marketing from the University of Iowa.
